Oz-Some Show at SPPS!

Ms. Laurie Preston of SPPS sends this report from a recent trip to the Emerald City!

Theatre go-ers were taken on a journey down the yellow brick road at  Sts.Peter and Paul Regional Catholic School's The Magical Land of Oz.  The 4th and 5th grade musical could be described as the classic Wizard of OZ with a twist.  Musical numbers varied in style with eveything from calypso,
rock and hip hop! The musical delighted sold out audiences in the beautiful W. Paul and
Lucille Caudill Little Theatre.
With the entire 4th and 5th grade involved, the stage was filled with munchkins, flying monkeys and even one student, Isabella Geraci, playing Toto the dog!

Featured performers included: Allison Miller as Dorothy, Ryan Allen as the Lion, Tanner Xavier as the Tin Man, Kiran Patel as the Scarecrow, Molly Watts as Oz, Emma O' Brien as Glinda and Anna Thiel as the Wicked Witch.
