Percussion Ensemble Takes the Rhythm on Tour

The Lexington Catholic High School Percussion Ensemble recently visited Seton Catholic School, Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary School and Sts. Peter & Paul Regional School for some dazzling drumming demonstrations. Check out these photos from the tour..

And the winner is..

Above: The Chick-fil-A Cow traveled to St. Mark during Catholic Schools Week to present the talented Cecilia C. with her special prize.


Congratulations to Cecilia Cobb, a second grader at St. Mark in Richmond, who won the Chick-fil-A Picture Contest! Cecilia drew a picture of what she thinks of when she thinks of Chick-fil-A, and she won a Nugget Party for her ENTIRE school!
The contest announcement was the Big Finale to Real Life Radio 1380's "Plaid-A-Palooza" celebration of Catholic Schools Week. The Plaid team traveled to different Catholic schools in the Bluegrass Region throughout the week for all sorts of activities and radio broadcasts.
