Good Shepherd Art Class in Herald Leader

The Lexington Herald Leader featured Good Shepherd's first grade class on the front page of the 4/15/09 Communities section.


Teacher Ida Palmer-Ball incorporates the Waldorf method into her classroom. As explained in the article, "The Waldorf method is based on the idea that learning is interdisciplinary, and the incorporation of the arts - including visual and performing arts - help students learn better."
